food hygiene rules are a fact of life for people in the food industry for many years. The first provisions of food hygiene in Great Britain in the 1950s after public concern about the poor standards of food hygiene has brought into force at once. Since then there have been significant changes in the United Kingdom, the provisions of food hygiene in the years 1960, 1970 and 1990. Current regulations on food hygiene rules are in fact the EU.
